On Shrove Tuesday the school council decided we would host a pancake flip to raise money for St Cuthbert's Hospice and our school in memory of Shannon Hauxwell who lived in the village and was an aunty to a friend in our school. We flipped pancakes and really enjoyed ourselves! The child with the most flips in each key stage won a prize! We had a really good time and we are looking forward to doing it next year. We raised an amazing £2279 in total!
